Please join us on Saturday, October 10th at 2 pm EDT for the annual meeting of the NY Delta AVC.  To register for the meeting, go to:  https://bit.ly/VoteNYD  Please register in advance (this is not the Zoom link – you will receive that information once you register).

We will provide an update on the chapter, have our annual elections (for 3 of the 9 AVC director positions), and then have a distancing social video.  All brothers may join but only alumni in good standing may vote. 

Alumni should have already received a meeting notice and proxy ballot.  If we have your email address, it would have been sent on September 7th with a title “Annual Meeting Notice.”  If we don’t have a valid email address for you but we do have a valid postal address, you should have received a postcard with the proxy ballot and instructions in the mail.   If you didn’t receive a proxy ballot, please email don@sigepnyd.com.   Please return the proxy ballot whether you plan to attend the meeting or not so we can meet quorum.  This will also help to speed up the vote counting if you do attend.

The alumni class year(s) with the most brothers in attendance (by both absolute #’s and % of the class) will be awarded The Stanley Cup Like Annual Attendance Award.  The class of 2015 won last year’s award.
